Having access to the large family collection of great guitars in his family, helped him to create guitars that quickly reached an excellent level and are today highly appreciated all over the world.Together they produce world class concert quality classical and flamenco guitars at prices that are much lower than comparable guitars of this caliber.All Guitarras Romero are French polished and use only very best woods available.He uses coveted Moon Spruce from the Swiss Alps and master grade Western Red Cedar for tops.

La Negra is an explosive and lightly build flamenco guitar inspired by Pepe´s favorite vintage guitars by Antonio de Torres and Santos Hernandez. The action is set Flamenco, but these still work beautifully for classical music just like the great vintage Spanish guitars. This model is made with a German Moon Spruce top and Indian Rosewood body.
